All order shipped from Indonesia.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days on average. Once an order is paid for and placed we cannot cancel or modify it. Tracking numbers will be emailed after processing.

All orders ship with J&T Express for locals (2-5 days delivery).

International packages ship with POS Indonesia & DHL Express. (5 days - 2 weeks delivery, depending on your country postal system).

AFTER SALES GUARANTEES

After sales guarantees only available for our brand.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase items, within 48 hours after received the items, you can enjoy the after sales guarantees :

○ Return

If the product has not been worn, washed, and remains in its original state (including intact tags, undamaged packing, etc.) you can apply for a return within

48 hours after received the package. We will refund you in the original payment method after recieve the returned item and checking it without any problem.

○ Exchange

If you find a problem with the product such as inappropriate size and color of the product with what you ordered, you can apply for an ecxhange within

48 hours. Please ensure that product meets the exchange conditions (including intact tags, undamaged packing, not soiled, etc.), and we will handle

the exchange for you as soon as possible.

Return or Exchanges only accepted if :

- Have an unboxing video of the items you purchased

- Our team sent a different color to the product that has been ordered.

- Our team sent a different sizes to the product that has been ordered.

- There is a defect.

(Buyers is responsible for return shipping, shipping for exchanged items, and tax.)

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is judged not to meet the terms and conditions for a return . Lost Memory is not liable for

any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment.
